Returns & Exchange Policy

At Fitleasure, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange process.

Fitleasure is operated by Brands Scaleup Private Limited.

1. Return & Exchange Window

Customers can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • Unwashed

  • With original tags intact

  • In the original packaging

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or exchange.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges or product exchanges for eligible items.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product or size is unavailable, customers may opt for a return or store credit (if applicable).

 

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your:

  • Order number

  • Product details

  • Reason for return or exchange

Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will arrange a pickup from your delivery address where service is available.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

Depending on the payment method used:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after the return is picked up.

5. Reverse Pickup

Reverse pickup services are available in most serviceable locations.

If reverse pickup is not available in your area, customers may be required to ship the product back to us using a reliable courier service.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased during final sale or clearance sales

  • Products returned without original tags or packaging

  • Used, washed, or damaged items not caused during shipping

 

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Make sure to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package. This helps us verify and resolve your concern quickly. Claims made without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may still be eligible for return according to this policy.
