Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet all of the following criteria:

Returns/exchanges must be submitted within 10 days from the delivery date.

Be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging

Have all original tags still attached

Must not carry any scent of perfume, body odour, deodorant, or washing powder

Be free of make-up or tan marks

Special Sale items are not eligible for return ( Please refer to product return policy under sale)

Start Your Return

Returns may take up to 10 business days to be processed.

The original delivery fee is non-refundable and will not be issued as store credit.

If you received an item with a manufacturing fault or were sent an incorrect item, you are entitled to a full refund and free return shipping.

Items that do not meet the above return criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Please allow 1 to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your original method of payment.

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

Email us at: support@fitleasure.com with your order details and reason for return.

Our support team will respond with the scheduled pick-up date and a return tracking number on your registered email ID.

Please ensure the item(s) meet the return eligibility criteria and are packed securely.

Hand over the package to our assigned logistics partner on the scheduled date.

Exchange Policy

In case of an exchange, customers are required to follow the standard return process as outlined above.

Once the return is approved and completed, the customer will need to place a fresh order for the desired exchange or new item.

Please note that exchanges are not processed automatically, and a new order must be placed separately.

Refund Policy

Once our warehouse team confirms that the returned product meets all return criteria and is received in its original condition, we will notify the customer upon successful quality check approval.

Following this approval, the refund will be initiated and credited to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
